Terms & Conditions


1.1Members must be at least 18 years of age or older.

1.2 The agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the declaration section on the website sign up process or in park paperwork.

1.3 Members must complete a PAR-Q health form when signing up for membership.

1.4 Your membership enables you to train at any Coopers Troopers Bootcamp location.

1.5 This agreement will become binding on you and us when you confirm your membership, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

1.6 You cannot transfer this agreement to any other person.

1.5 Your membership will continue automatically unless you terminate your membership, in line with section 6 below.


2.1 You are required to set up a monthly direct debit upon commencing your membership.

2.2 Monthly membership fees are to be paid in advance by Direct Debit. This will be taken from your bank account on the day that you signed up or first working day of every month.

2.3 Any person joining on our discounted rates must provide the following at the point of joining:

Blue Light, Forces & Ex-Forces rate: 

You must provide a valid work email address to be eligible for this offer or provide proof of service.

Student rate: 

You must provide a student ID card at your first trial session or university email when signing up. This will be checked on an annual basis to maintain this rate.

Over 60’s rate:

You must provide ID with proof of date of birth (passport or driving licence) to be eligible for this offer.

Couples rate: 

Both parties must be registered at the same address.

2.4 All checks will be verified by Coopers Troopers via email request before any discounted rate is approved.

2.5 You can upgrade your membership at any time by emailing us at cooperstroopersbootcamp@gmail.com.

2.6 Each payment made is non-refundable.

2.7 You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to the membership details you provided to us.


If any subscription is not paid, we reserve the right to contact you to redeem these funds. We also reserve the right to, upon written notice to you, suspend or terminate your membership until your membership fees are paid and up to date.


4.1Periodically, we may need to raise the price of our membership options. We will provide you with at least 1 month notice of any impending changes to our pricing.

4.2 You will have the right to cancel your membership during this period in accordance with our cancellation terms and conditions. If you choose not to cancel your membership, your membership will automatically be increased in line with the notice provided by us.


5.1 We reserve the right to change our timetable. We will provide you at least 30 days’ notice of any timetable changes.

5.2 We may on occasion need to make additional temporary changes to our session timetable. If possible we will notify you of our intention to do this.


6.1 You can cancel your membership at any time. To do so you should email us at cooperstroopersbootcamp@gmail.co.uk giving us 7 days’ notice and cancel your direct debit. Your membership will end on the last day prior to payment.

6.2 It is your responsibility to cancel your direct debit. If you fail to cancel your direct debit and payments continue to be made, payments will be non-refundable pursuant to clause 2.6 above.


We may cancel your membership immediately if you:

a. Breach these terms and conditions;

b. Fail to make payment;

c. Put the health, safety or wellbeing of other members or our employees at risk;

d. Allow other people to use your membership to attend classes;

e. Engage in disruptive or violent behaviour.


8.1 We are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the class by anyone unless we have been negligent.

8.2 If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes you must report this to the instructor straight away.


9.1 We take our responsibility for looking after your personal information very seriously. You can find out how you can see the information we hold about you or how to ask us to change this information in our privacy policy which is on our website.

9.2 You are responsible for informing us about any changes to your personal information.


10.1 We may change these terms and conditions. We will give you at least 30 days notice to inform you of any significant changes that may affect your membership and also publish the updated terms and conditions on our website.


11.1If you breach any terms of our agreement and we take no action or let you off, it will not stop us from enforcing the terms of this agreement at a future date.

11.2 There may be rare occasions where we need to cancel a class at a location of which you are a member. We will do our best to inform you of any cancelled classes in advance. You will not be entitled to a refund of your membership if such an event occurs.

11.3 If we decide to no longer run classes at one of our locations, we will inform you at least 1 full month prior to the location closure.

11.4 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform our service to you that is caused by an event outside of our reasonable control.

11.5 We will not be liable or responsible for outstanding monies paid to a Personal Trainer for any Personal Training services arranged directly with one of our Personal Trainers. Any Personal Training is an agreement between yourself and the Personal Trainer.

11.6 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out by us with reasonable care and skill. Advice about your rights can be found from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

11.7 This agreement is governed by English Law.
