I stumbled across this group in the park today and could not have been made to feel more welcome not only by the instructor but everyone. It was pouring with rain and physically challenging however it was so much fun and definitely felt like I was challenged. Atmosphere was brilliant, exercises were great. Thank you to Dan for letting me join in and for making it a great workout. If anyone is hesitate because you are nervous about fitting in or being welcomed I can assure you you’d be made to feel a part of the group instantly!

I can honestly say I love going to bootcamp. All the sessions are different, people are friendly and the workout is great! Could not recommend more!! 😊

I honestly can say that this is the best thing I’ve done for years! Every session is always different, the members are so lovely and you know you’ve worked hard at the end! I love the outdoors and the fact you get filthy and still go home smiling!

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
